Time Wise handles only the information needed to measure application usage.

Information recorded

• The focused application’s identity and display name
• The time for which the application was focused
• An application icon used for display

Information not recorded

• Window titles
• Document names or email subjects
• Browsing URLs, websites, or browser tabs
• Time when an application is merely running in the background
• Time while the screen is locked or the computer is asleep

Usage history is stored in an on-device area for the operating-system user. The current version does not send it to a server. You can delete the history from Settings.
